New Classes!

We are adding in-person classes, and continuing on Zoom.

Class Descriptions:

12 Form: The beginning form that introduces Wu Style and orients the new practitioner to basic principles and alignments while learning a short sequence that can be practiced on one's own.

Prerequisite to further training.

108 Short Form (next level): the first 32 movements of the 108 Standard Form.

Prerequisite: 12 Form.

108 Standard Form: The remaining 76 movements of the 108 Standard Form, the foundation of all Wu Style practices.

Prerequisite: 108 Short Form.

54 Form: Combines elements of the 108 round and 108 standard forms to help develop the circularity and looseness in more advanced training.

Prerequisite: 108 Standard Form.

24 Forms/Meditations/Chi Kung. Prerequisite: 108 Short Form.

Pushing hands and weapons form training will be available when circumstances allow us to get back together in-person.

Online Classes




In-Person Classes

In-person outdoor classes are being held on Thursday morning and evening, and Saturday morning. Contact us for locations and times.


$32/month - 1 class per week; $50/month - 2 or more classes/week.

Our academy is one of only 15 locations in the world licensed directly by the Wu family. Classes are taught by instructors certified to teach by Fifth Generation Grandmaster, Eddie Wu Kwong Yu.
